Adult Dance Classes

Ever wanted to start something new or get back into dance classes from when you were younger?

Our classes at Claire Andrews Dance Academy are great for beginners or adults with little experience and are a chance to exercise and keep fit whilst learning steps and exercises; increasing stamina, co-ordination, flexibility, strength, body balance and posture. Classes are fun and motivating and are perfect for a bit of ‘you time’ each week. We advise adults to wear comfortable gym clothes to classes with the appropriate Ballet or Tap shoes for classes.
